Using our pickup and delivery service is as easy as leaving your garment bag hanging on your front door. We handle the rest. You don’t have to concern yourself with running extra errands just to have your clothes cleaned. You can rest assured your garments will always arrive on time, ready to wear. Oh, and the best part? Our pickup and delivery service are Free.

How It Works
Our drivers will pick up your items to be cleaned during their scheduled routes. We also have “CALL IN” pickup and delivery capabilities for customers who do not have items to be cleaned every week. We can even offer these services to condo buildings, as long as there is a concierge to handle our pick up and delivery between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
Once your clothes have been cleaned and are ready to be returned, our drivers will leave your clothes where you ask. We offer hassle-free payment, as we can automatically charge your credit card on delivery day. If there is a special circumstance with your clothing, we will communicate with you by email to make sure your clothes are pristine when you receive them.
We supply you, with your own personal Valet Bag & Door Hanger
A minimum order of $25.00 for home delivery apply.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be home for pickup and delivery?
NO – That’s the great part of our delivery service! You put your garments in a Care Cleaners Valet Bag & leave it in your designated pickup location. Are pickup starts between the hours of 1 and 4 PM on your service day (Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday). Your cleaned and pressed clothing will be hanging on your door for you on your next service day. Talk about convenient!
What is the cost for pickup and delivery?
NO – You get the same great quality and service as at our store. Delivered at no additional cost to you.
How do I pay?
We require a credit card on file for this service. The receipt will be e-mailed to you.
What if I need tailoring?
If it is simple tailoring (buttons, hems & small repairs) drop a note in the valet bag with instructions. Specialized alterations require a visit to our tailors in person. Call 403-280-8312 for more information.
I don’t have a place to hang my garments when they are delivered. What should I do?
We’ll provide a hook for your front door, or you and your route driver can decide on a drop off location together. (Front porch chair, Side door, Garage)
What if I forget to put my clothes out?
Drop it off at Care Cleaners location or phone our delivery department at 403-280-8312 to arrange a pickup.
What if it’s raining/snowing?
If there is no overhead protection for your garments and it is raining or snowstorm, we will hold off delivering to you. Your route driver will call you.
I’m afraid someone will steal my clothes. What do I do?
Care Cleaners Delivery Service has been delivering clothes for over 39 years and have never experienced a theft issue.
